How does the ticket shop work?

If you already have a KeyCard, you can top it up in our online shop.
The VIP SKIPASS for the Ischgl/Samnaun ski area and the SILVRETTA SKIPASS (Galtür, Ischgl/Samnaun, Kappl, See) are available in the online ticket shop.
Select the type of ticket, enter your e-mail address and details and pay using your preferred payment method.
After purchasing the tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code. You can use the ticket QR code to collect your ski tickets from the ticket machines or ski pass cash desks.

What age regulations exist in the Samnaun/Ischgl ski area?

Children's discount: for all under 17 years of age
VIP ski pass under 10 years free when accompanied by a parent
Silvretta ski pass under 8 years free when accompanied by a parent


Discount for senior citizens (m/f):
from the age of 65
From the age of 80, the children's rate applies


Disability discount: from a documented degree of disability of 70% (child rate)
ATTENTION: Presentation of an official photo ID is required for any type of discount.

What is the Samnaun/Spiss guest card?

In our ticket store we only accept digital guest cards from Samnaun.
The 25 digit guest card number gives you access to the discounted VIP-SKIPASS.
You will receive the digital guest card from your landlord.
If your landlord does not have access to the digital registration system, you will of course also receive the VIP-SKIPASS with the “paper registration form” at our ski pass cash desks.

Our guests from Spiss can only get the VIP rate at the ticket office in Samnaun, unfortunately this is not possible via the webshop.

Which ski passes can be purchased online?

1-14 day SILVRETTA SKI PASS
(Valid at 75 facilities in Ischgl/Samnaun, Galtür, Kappl and See)

1-14 day VIP SKI PASS
(valid at 46 facilities in Ischgl/Samnaun)
The VIP specials are integrated into the tariffs depending on the season, there is no separate area for this.

The VIP SKI PASS is only available in the online shop with a valid digital guest card. The guest card is issued by your accommodation provider.

What is the VIP SKI PASS?

The VIP SKI PASS is valid in 46 facilities in Ischgl and Samnaun.
The VIP SKI PASS is only available with the Samnaun/Spiss guest card.
We only accept digital guest cards (25 digit guest card number) from Samnaun in the ticket shop.


Should your accommodation provider not have access to the  digital registration system, you can of course get your VIP SKI PASS using a ‘paper registration form’ at our ski pass ticket offices.

What is the SILVRETTA SKI PASS?

The SILVRETTA SKI PASS is valid at 75 facilities in Samnaun/Ischgl, Kappl and See.
The SILVRETTA SKI PASS is available to all guests without a Samnaun/Spiss guest card.

What payment methods are accepted in the ticket shop?

Please note the 3D-Secure procedure must be activated for credit and debit cards (‘Verified by Visa’ or ‘MasterCard SecureCode’).
For all payment options, your order will only be sent upon confirmation of receipt of payment. The order confirmation sent to you via e-mail is not your online ticket.

I’m having problems with the payment process. What now?

Please check the following:

- Is the 3D-Secure procedure activated? This is a pre-requisite to be able to place an order.
- Have you tried the Google Chrome browser? This has the least problems.
- Have you checked your credit card payment limit ( might be geo-blocked outside of the EU) ?
- We recommend releasing the 3D Securecode on a second device.

Do I have to state a specific date?

Yes, a validity day must be selected for all ski passes and cable car tickets; for multi-day tickets it is the validity period.

When and where do I collect my tickets?

You can collect your ski ticket easily on site at one of the ticket collection machines (without a ski pass deposit) and at the Twinliner L1/L2 cash desks (with a ski pass deposit of CHF 5.00).

Can I cancel my tickets?

It is NOT possible for ski passes to be cancelled.
